AAC Flat Roofing has been established since the 1970s and was one of the first UK companies to adopt and operate extensively with single-ply membranes.
The service we provide our clients starts with the consultation stage to the development, installation and maintenance on all our roofing styles.
What we do
We are experts in large scale flat roofing projects, working in a wide range of projects from public sector, commercial & private buildings, cutting-edge architectural structures, to waterproofing for extreme environment situations.
We are also approved installers of PVC, liquid, EPDM and felt systems. You can see some of our projects here.
We have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Constructionline accreditations we are also CHAS registered.
We are members of the trade bodies SPRA (Single Ply Roofing Association) and LWRA (Liquid Roofing & Waterproofing Association) which demonstrates our investment in delivering high quality flat roofing services, working alongside market leading manufacturers.

Why choose AAC?
- Skills - There are many excellent roofing products available today, but if they are not installed correctly they will not perform adequately on the roof – leading to leaks and return visits by the contractor. At AAC, all of our operatives are trained & experienced in particular roofing systems and are supervised by competent and qualified managers.
- Health & safety - All-AAC staff are fully trained in all relevant aspects of roofing health & safety, including, but not limited to, Work at height, Asbestos awareness and Abrasive wheels. Our policy is for zero accidents.
- Safe working - As a means of avoiding roof fires we have adopted a policy of using only ‘no-flame’ roofing systems. This benefits our operatives, building occupants, site visitors and the property itself.
- Advice - Our long experience of roofing enables us to provide the client with competent and impartial advice on roofing issues. Following discussion with the client regarding requirements and budgets we can advise on the most appropriate specification and roofing system.
- Customer service - While we relish winning new contracts and clients, we pride ourselves an maintaining our existing client-base and winning repeat business. We therefore pay close attention to the needs of all of our clients
